Update On The Foot

SMGDH....So it's been a week and a half and I still have this damn needle stuck deep in my foot. I've been having serious pain with this foot and if I walk on it too long the pain shoots right up to my thighs. I went to the foot doctor and they couldn't take me because I had to pay $100 so I had to reschedule. I got the money and the appointment and now I can't reach the damn foot doctor cause no one has time to take me and I'm not paying a $50 late fee. I have a  son to look after and I can't keep leaving him with my grams and don't even ask where my mother is my dad works hard long hours and is often far away. He's more dependable than my mother which is sad and he's not even my real dad. It's a lot going and right now i've reached my breaking breaking breaking point. So the needle is still in my foot and I'm hopping around on the foot at the same time. #EPIC FAIL!!!!
